  • You must submit your refund request within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • The course content must not have been substantially completed or accessed.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Services that have been fully delivered or consumed

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This process may take 5-7 working days depending on your payment method and PhonePe’s policies.
